The room was spacious with a comfy bed, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. The fitness center was a plus for staying active. Breakfast was decent, had options like scrambled eggs and pastries. Staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Located about a 15-minute walk from the convention center, which was convenient.

Loved the bar on the 16th floor with super friendly bartender Edwin, and it was ace having everything we needed at the hotel – breakfast, lunch, and dinner without stepping out. The food scene around, like Treebeards and Vic & Anthony's, is downright legendary!
The blackout curtains in my room didn’t close, and the grab-and-go food needed a major upgrade. Plus, being on the 3rd floor above valet wasn’t exactly a 'bayou view' experience.

Family with children delight
Had a great stay with my family. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions, even late at night. Breakfast was pretty decent too, but the eggs. Yuck. I swear they were powdered. The bar upstairs had fantastic food, and the service was perfect when they remade our drink that didn’t taste right!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it turned out alright.

Not a bad choice for an overnight in Houston with real value for money. The breakfast was decent, although a bit crowded. If you're there during peak hours, try to get to breakfast early.

The staff was super friendly, offering free coffee while we waited to check in due to some computer issues, which was a nice touch. The pool was refreshing, and I loved chilling in the comfy lounge area. I did notice some wear in the room, but it didn't really take away from my overall experience. 👍
